Privacy Policy
All Simply Natural is committed to protecting your privacy. We have made this statement so you will understand your information is safe with us. Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. All Simply Natural does not store any credit card information. Your credit card information is transmitted at the time you submit your order to the credit card processing bank using 128-bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) provided by Authorize.net and is not accessible by anyone at All Simply Natural. Since we do not store any credit card information, you will need to re-enter this information every time you place an order. All Simply Natural does not share information, including E-mail addresses, with any third party by selling, giving, trading or any other method without your express permission. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the address specified. Shipping cost is figured at the time of check-out in the shopping cart. Delivery: It is always best to inspect your delivery and refuse it back to the carrier If the product package is damaged at the time of delivery, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE (refuse it back to the carrier). If you do accept the package, make sure the carrier has it noted that it was delivered damaged so All Simply Natural can file a damage claim. All Simply Natural must be contacted within five (5) days of receipt of damaged goods. Returns: If you are not completely satisified with a product, please return it in its original condition, with the invoice withing thirty (30) days of the invoice date. "Original condition" also means more than fifty (50) percent of the product in its original container. We will exchange the product for another of equal value, give you an All Simply Natural in-store credit or post a refund to your credit card account. No returns on custom orders. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable unless it is our error. All Simply Natural strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, so you can obtain proof of delivery from your carrier.
